Getting Started

What does ListingHubs do?

ListingHubs takes product data from any CSV or Excel file and uses AI to map fields, translate text, write optimized titles and descriptions, and export platform-ready files for Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and 7 more marketplaces — all without connecting to your store.

How do I start using ListingHubs?

Go to the Upload page, drag and drop your product CSV or Excel file, select your target platform, and click Start. The AI processes your data in seconds and gives you a platform-ready export file. No signup required for your first file.

Do I need to install anything?

No. ListingHubs runs entirely in your browser. There's nothing to download, install, or configure. It works on any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on desktop or tablet.

What languages does ListingHubs support?

AI translation supports English, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Arabic. Source files in GBK or UTF-8 encoding are auto-detected.

Platforms & Compatibility

Which platforms does ListingHubs support?

ListingHubs supports 10 platforms: Amazon, eBay, Shopify, AliExpress, Wayfair, Wish, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and custom CSV format. Each platform gets its own optimized export format with correct field names and character limits.

Can I export to multiple platforms at once?

Yes. Upload your CSV once, then select any or all supported platforms for export. Each export is independently optimized — titles, descriptions, and field mappings are tailored to that platform's search engine and format requirements.

Does ListingHubs work with Amazon Seller Central flat files?

Yes. ListingHubs generates flat files in the exact format Amazon Seller Central expects, including correct column headers, encoding (UTF-8), and category-specific fields. You download the file and upload it to Seller Central yourself.

Can I import from 1688 or Taobao exports?

Yes. ListingHubs auto-detects GBK encoding common in Chinese supplier exports and maps Chinese column headers to English platform fields. The AI then translates and optimizes the content for Western marketplaces.

Data & Privacy

Does ListingHubs connect to my store?

No. ListingHubs never connects to your Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or any other marketplace account. Everything works through CSV import and export. You review every listing before uploading it yourself.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your uploaded files are processed in-memory and are not permanently stored on our servers. We don't have API access to your store, so there's zero risk of accidental price changes, inventory overrides, or listing deletions.

Do you store my product data?

Your data is processed for the duration of your session to generate the optimized output. We do not sell, share, or use your product data for any purpose other than generating your listings.

Pricing & Plans

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan includes 5 listing optimizations per month across 3 platforms with AI field mapping and description generation. No credit card required, and it never expires.

How much does the Pro plan cost?

The Pro plan is $19/month and includes 100 listing optimizations across all 10 platforms, AI translation in 10+ languages, reusable mapping templates, batch validation, and priority support.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Technical

What file formats are supported?

We support CSV (.csv) and Excel (.xlsx, .xls) files. Auto-detection handles both UTF-8 and GBK encoding. Maximum batch size is 200 product rows per upload.

How does AI field mapping work?

Our AI uses semantic similarity to match your source column names (e.g., 'product_name', '商品标题', 'title') to the target platform's required fields (e.g., Amazon's 'item_name', Shopify's 'Title'). Confidence scores are shown for each mapping so you can verify accuracy.

What is the maximum file size?

The maximum file size is 10MB with up to 200 product rows per upload. For larger catalogs, upload multiple batches and use saved mapping templates to maintain consistency.

Can I edit the AI output before exporting?

Yes. After AI processing, you can review and edit every field — titles, descriptions, field mappings, and category assignments — before exporting the final file.
