Our Story
ListingHubs started with a simple frustration: every time we onboarded a new supplier, we'd receive a CSV with 50+ columns in a format that didn't match any marketplace. Amazon wanted a flat file with 100+ columns. Shopify wanted 48 specific columns. eBay wanted File Exchange format. Each platform had different field names, character limits, and category requirements.
We spent hours — sometimes days — manually mapping columns, rewriting titles for each platform's search algorithm, translating product descriptions, and fixing upload errors. For a catalog of 100 products across 3 platforms, that was easily 75+ hours of repetitive grunt work.
We tried existing multichannel tools, but they all required API access to our store (which felt risky), charged $20–$50/month just to sync inventory (not create listings), and none of them used AI to actually write the listing content. They just copied data from one platform to another.
